Terms of Use

Please read these Standard Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By using ConstructionWYRE, you’re agreeing to these Terms, which will result in a legal agreement between you and ConstructionWYRE (“Agreement”).
1. Who We Are
ConstructionWYRE (“ConstructionWYRE,” “we,” or “us”) is a service provided by Rival Insights LLC, a Georgia-based limited liability company. ConstructionWYRE helps marketers, PR professionals, and organizations (the “Customers” or “Members”) place press releases with relevant news brands. This service includes access to proprietary software, databases, tools, and general know-how (collectively, the “Technology”). These Terms govern your use of the Service, whether as a paying subscriber or as a free account holder (including editors and press release creators).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
3. Expectations of Success
ConstructionWYRE maintains proprietary technology and editorial databases that we believe increase the likelihood of connecting your press releases with the right news brands. However, the final decision to publish or cover a story always lies with the news brand or its editorial team. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
4. Relationship Privacy
ConstructionWYRE may have private or proprietary relationships with editors and publications. We are under no obligation to disclose the specifics of these relationships or share individual editor contacts unless explicitly permitted by our policies.
5. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
All content, tools, datasets, and services provided by ConstructionWYRE—including but not limited to the News Brand Database and the Editor Database—are the exclusive intellectual property of ConstructionWYRE and/or its licensors. These databases may not be copied, scraped, reproduced, republished, downloaded, transmitted, sold, resold, licensed, reverse engineered, or distributed in any way—automated or manual—without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to aggressively investigate and prosecute any unauthorized use of our proprietary data or services, including legal action. Reselling, redistributing, or any derivative use of our datasets is strictly prohibited.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Free Accounts
Subscription Options
ConstructionWYRE offers both monthly and annual paid subscription plans. Details of the plans, including pricing and included features, are made available at the time of registration or renewal.
Free Accounts
ConstructionWYRE may offer free account options to limited classes of users, such as:
Press release creators testing the platform
Editors who are eligible for read-only or preview access
Free account holders are bound by the same intellectual property and usage restrictions as paid subscribers.
Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each Subscription Period (monthly or annually).
Unless canceled before the next billing date, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If any payment is outstanding beyond the specified grace period, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service.
Refunds
ConstructionWYRE does not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused features, or downgraded accounts.
7. GDPR and Legal Compliance
ConstructionWYRE is committed to handling personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including:
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Economic Area
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
U.S. federal and state privacy regulations
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We process data only for legitimate business purposes and maintain appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConstructionWYRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ConstructionWYRE regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
